After few days of filing, objection was raised by the Indian Trademark Registry on the ground of possibility of likelihood of confusion among the people due to existence of similar marks as well as on the ground that the mark consists of such words, which may serve in trade to designate or imply the quality, intended purpose of its goods or service. In response to such objection trademark professionals of Lex Protector had filed the response on the basis of various principles and guidelines, which they had arrived at through research and analysis of number of cases and principles. The response was accepted by the registry and the trademark applications were published in the trademark journal for opposition by third party. However, no opposition came forward.

Finally in 2018, ‘GLAMFIT’ got registered and Trademark Registration Certificate was issued by the Registry. Upon successful registration now, ‘GLAMFIT’ has got more protection against infringement by others and also gained more reputation, fame for its products and services in India.
