TODAY’S PATENT – LIFE JACKET
Andrew C.R. Tyrer received his patent for the invention of “Life jacket” (US4193153A), by the USPTO on 18th March 1980.
The present invention relates to lifejackets. This apparel comprises a one-piece body member which has a flexible plastic foam and also includes a head-rest portion as well. This invention is manufactured by internally heating the sheets of foam in order to cool the jackets.
The main objective of this invention is to secure the wearer from any risks or injuries.
