Today’s Patent- Popcorn Machine
On 5th June, 1934, Julian R Burch was granted with a Patent over Popcorn Machine. As a reason of which “Popcorn Machine” is our Today’s Patent.
The Patent protection was provided by USPTO, with registration number US1961812. This invention had a popping kettle with means for enclosing the kettle. This helped in protecting the kettle bowl as well as its heating element from melted butter, grease, and the like, overflowing from the kettle interior during the popping of the corn and the subsequent discharge thereof from the kettle. In addition the invention the corn popping machine had a novel cabinet construction which included foldable corn chamber door. Other than this Julian R Burch has many inventions to his credit. The current “Popcorn Machine” was an improvement to the existing one.
