Though toys, as one would understand, is for the kids to play with or any person to have fun and get amusement, this invention is a bit different. Recreating an existing article (toy) and converting it into a piece of physical benefit, is what this creation is all about.
There are hundreds of toys in the world but they also come at the expense of hundreds of issues. Say, a toy might be very attractive but doesn’t lead to the development of any skill or other benefit and another might be really good but not economically feasible.
Hoop toy solves all such issues. It is comparatively cheaper as well as physically beneficial for all it’s users. Arthur K Melin got patent protection for such an invention of “hoop toy” bearing the patent number US3079728A on 5th March 1963.
A hoop toy is basically a rigid plastic turned into a circular tubular hoop made in required proportioned diameter to a human body and with the required friction in it’s inner periphery, such that it can rotate around the human body as per the person’s body movements.
The basic objective of such an invention is to benefit it’s users by providing them with an easily usable toy giving them ample amount of fun and physical boost up at the same time. The materials used to build up it’s strength are relatively cheaper and affordable to manufacture, which makes it’s availability easier.
